| Maybe we are getting no answers because the thread title starts with "SOLVED", so no one from high up even reads this? | Posted: Topic Replies: 25, Topic Views: 14146 |  | I have a similar problem, which remains unsolved even after having the software accepted by my firewall & antivirus program.
The error message is 'the online system generated an unrecognised error'.
