| Having issues of approved and released profiles not showing up in the system. An Example is I have a freind that submitted a recent Kino Lorber release for The White Dawn. It was approved and released over a week ago but I get nothing when typing in UPC or typing in the title. I submitted The Warrior Collection which was also approved and released a week ago and my brother can't locate it in the data base | Posted: Topic Replies: 5, Topic Views: 1461 |  | | I opened a support ticket about hte refresh issues on 06/24/24 and it's still labled "In Queue".
