So you added to your collection a box set that includes 5 sub-profiles, but these profiles don't appear "inside" the box set in your collection, right?
Do these profiles appear "on their own" elsewhere in your collection, outside the box?
- If so, you can modify the profile of the box set, go to the contents section and add manually each of the 5 profiles.
- If not, maybe you unwillingly answered "no" when the software offered you to add the sub-profiles to your collection. In that case, I admit I'm not sure how you can download them afterwards. | Posted: Topic Replies: 5, Topic Views: 4653 |

Same here. To be honest, I could already get updates and add profiles when I still had the annoying popup window, but now that it's gone, everything works like before. The two profiles I submitted last week have also been approved.
So if you still have issues, maybe it's not a server problem and you should reinstall the software or something. | Posted: Topic Replies: 32, Topic Views: 12395 |

Are there a lot of new approved profiles since the maintenance, though? I submitted two profiles one week ago and they are still not approved... | Posted: Topic Replies: 32, Topic Views: 12395 |

Actually it only worked the first time. Now the popup window is back... (even though I can add profiles) | Posted: Topic Replies: 10, Topic Views: 7889 |

Indeed you were right. After restarting DVD Profiler, I got the popup again. Even though it doesn't seem to prevent me from downloading updates and adding profiles. | Posted: Topic Replies: 32, Topic Views: 12395 |

I'm in the same case of Ranavalone, but apparently it doesn't work for everyone. I hope it will be fixed soon, then. | Posted: Topic Replies: 7, Topic Views: 5215 |

It apparently happens to everyone but if you close the "end of file" window it should work afterwards. | Posted: Topic Replies: 3, Topic Views: 2494 |

I get the popup each time as well, even though everything works fine otherwise. I got one profile update after the server maintenance though. | Posted: Topic Replies: 32, Topic Views: 12395 |

After the maintenance operation this weekend, most things seem to work again (even though I sometimes get a few error warnings in DVD Profiler, but it doesn't prevent from working as it should).
There's one thing that doesn't work properly (yet?), the online collection. As you can see on the screen cap below, the left column with the list of movies is displayed, but not the movie profile on the right.
To be honest I don't use that feature that much and I'm in no hurry, but since everything else seems to work now, I wanted to mention just in case. | Posted: Topic Replies: 1, Topic Views: 1994 |
