Have you tried this?
I contributed this profile, in the Netherlands Sony has started selling Blu-ray’s and DVD’s which share a UPC with Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden), which you can see on the backcovet with rating details and overview being present in these five languages.
When i bought Gran Turismo and noticed no profiles i contributed one for each locality using the alternate profile options.
Once you updated your profilelist per the tips in the link you should be able to find the Norwegian profile using the UPC…

- BY Tom Heaton (1940) (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0372784/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t18) (https://www.themoviedb.org/person/56015-tom-heaton) (https://addamsfamily.fandom.com/wiki/Tom_Heaton)
- Tom Heaton (1986) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Heaton) (https://www.manutd.com/en/players-and-staff/detail/tom-heaton)
as there are numerous Manchester United DVD's/Blu-ray's in our DB
Tried adding BY for the actor with a profile update for Bridge at Remagen but this lead to numerous error pages, is this a known issue?

Agree with you both, the easiest would be to just change all profiles to match the current rating description. Although that may not be the most correct solution.
However, considering the difficulty having to add three different descriptions depending on the release date, which also may not be correct, and the difficulty establishing when this change was made (i do believe Gamemaster when he says 2015 and 2022, but i have not seen any documenatition supporting this).

Quoting Gamemaster:
Quote: Drugs- en/of alcoholmisbruik was used till November 2015 Drugs- en/of alcoholgebruik was used till April 2022 So "Roken, alcohol en drugs" is already used from April 2022.
Than i guess a lot of profiles will need to have their ratingdetails corrected…

I just noticed the descprition for the pictogram for Drugs- en/of alcoholmisbruik has been changed on the site of Kijwijzer to Roken, alcohol en drugs
Not sure when, so not sure if, and if so starting at which releases, we should change our rating details for Dutch releases.
NB: if i recall correctly this is the second time this descritption changed as it used to be Durgs- en/of Alcohol gebruik instead of misbruik, but i may be mistaken here...
Any suggestions or more information?

Geweld, angst is Dutch, while these word also appear to be German as well in the context of rating details i don’t think they are used in German ratings as such,
Dutch Rating details have Geweld, Angst, Discriminatie, Grof Taalgebruik, Seks and Roken, Alcohol en Drugs (used to be Alcohol en Drugs Misbruik if i recall correctly). | Posted: Topic Replies: 23, Topic Views: 3015 |

I was (on of?) the No-voter(s).
I think the rules clearly specifiy rating details, which these imho are, should preferably be taken from the cover. Of course the format in which it is presented poses some challenges, but that doesn't mean, again, in my opinion, these are not details why the movie is rated in a certain way.

You can find the incorrect castmember in one movie, find the correct one in your database and hold Ctrl so the ‘replace’ button changes to’global replace’ choose this and all movies will have the correct actor (or common name, for which it’ll also work).
Than you can remove the inccorrect entry as no profiles are connected to it anymore.

Not sure how you can say Jean-François Ferland is the common name with only 4 confirmed credits vs. 6 confirmed for Jean-François (Jafaz) Ferlan.
May i also suggest you refrain form making contributions for common names while the CN has not been established yet as you’ve done now for Arrival thrice… | Posted: Topic Replies: 19, Topic Views: 5714 |

A birthyear appears to be needed for Jason Alexander.
You have the famous Seinfeld actor (1959) - https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004517/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Alexander
And a Jason Alexander who appears in The Borderlands as Chistening Guest. Not found on IMDB, of who i can't really find any further info. | Posted: Topic Replies: 5786, Topic Views: 385447 |
