FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.

Well, "Chris Burian-Mohr" appears on 26 titles (252 profiles) and "Christopher Burian-Mohr" is credited in 43 titles (399 profiles). No room for interpretation there...  |

The person's name for DVD Profiler purposes and per the DVD Profiler rules, is Chris Burian-Mohr, as we've established here, and so whenever he's credited with a name variant, we use the "Credited As" field. Exactly as the rules tell us to do. |

Right there, he says that "the lookup tool is not to be blindly trusted", that we can document errors, and that those should be taken into account. That's exactly what common name-finding threads are about: documenting errors, and using the results to override the faulty CLT numbers. |
