Well, I guess I am one the 55 as I read it quite easily.     I had heard about this before and while I agree it can be done, I still tend to correct myself as I go along and will generally notice spelling mistakes and typos  . Of course, I am not infallible so some errors still tend to creep in.

Oooh, I have G15 too! Shall we start a club?

Anyway, I know what you mean about missing things while proof reading. For the record, I could read that.

The mind seems to focus on patterns, but our consciousness tries to apply too much meaning. I'm terrible at remembering a number for a short time, but I've come to know all six of my email account passwords (senseless alpha-numeric) by the patterns. Also, it used to take me ages to enter a Windows license code! As an experiment, I started to force myself to only glance at the current block of five characters for a millisecond. I don't "know" the sequence, but I get it right almost all the time when I don't try to remember it specifically. It never ceases to amaze me ...

... Look, I get bored entering Office codes, ok?

I heard a tip years ago from a newspaper picture editor that I often use. Brilliant for Spot the Difference competitions! When comparing two photographs that are look the same, but you want the better one, simply turn them upside down. Your mind can no longer assume what the shapes are and naturally picks out differences.

Yeah, that keyboard is awesome. BUT, when your keyboard is more expensive than your brand spanking new PC gaming rig, you know there's a problem!

Oh and I don't think I mentioned it before, but yeah I could read that without any difficulties whatsoever, and english is not my native tongue!!

With all due respect Skip, we've all seen your spelling and perhaps you should back off and just try to master one finger typing first before advancing to two fingers.

Now, if only the LCD was more useful...

I use it as a clock, and when i play i use the CPU/RAM screen. It would have been better, if it was made to also work as a remote controller with the media screen. So far the only game ive seen support it was Battlefield 2142

As for the macros, i've been really wanting to take it to my work and test it with autocad

Only 55 people out of 100 can read that? That's pretty amazing!

For the record, it was slow at first, but by the end of the article I was reading it at nearly my normal reading speed.

I already knew about this phenomenon but didn't know only 55% can do it, I thought everyone could.

Anyways, Mark, just as you I started (first sentence) very slow but the funny thing is it felt as towards the end of the text I was reading faster than usually
