| Posted: | | | | This sounds like a step in the right direction. I'd be interested in giving it go if you release it. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes please . I remember something like this I used in Meedio. It could import an exported dvdp2 collection, so that the info could be accessed from within Meedio . Worked like a charm. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | I would like to throw in my 2 cents here as well. I'm doing a Rip of my DVDs to the dvr-ms video format. I little bit of tweaking in the tags and Media Center loves the video file and if I double click it on my hard drive I'm watching the movie in a matter of seconds. If I connect to my PC from my XBox (the only real reason I own one), I can see all my shows and movies.
I've tried using the DVDLocation plugin but it doesn't launch dvr-ms files, I will report that in the plugin forum.
What I would really like to see would be a Media Center program that can display the information from the DVDPro database AND allow me to play the movies stored on my hard drive through it. I would like to be able to tell the Media Center that it doesn't need to watch the folder where I'm storing my movies anymore, this kind of clutters up the "Recorded TV" viewer. The DVD Gallery isn't of much help either, as it just shows the same information that is already in the Recorded TV view anyway. |

| Posted: | | | | I was using the trial versions of both Collectorz "Movie Collector" and DVD Profiler. I paid my bucks and went with DVD Profiler because I believe it to be a much more superior and flexible product. Sadly it doesn't connect with my Vista Ultimate Media Center like "Movie Collector" does. It was nice popping a DVD in and being able to select the information key on my MCE remote control and having my movie data and other trivia on screen. I am not into programming, however I would like to support a plug-in for DVDP if and when one is developed.
