I'll add the link to my signature for a while as well, as to spread awareness even more... I see that you are linking to the .com whereas the two others are linking to the .org Is there any agreement as to whether we should promote one or the other? They would both be picked up by google - but I just wondered if there was a preference? I know I quoted you Achim, but the comment was to the world at large. | | | Paul |

Since they both end up at the same site, I don't think it really matters. But the .org adress seems to open slightly faster. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I personally prefer .org for Wikis, but I registered the .com one as well since it's the most common domain type and people may very well make typos when entering the address. | Posted: | | | | I just used the .com as to provide variety No particular reason otherwise; I figured if there are two they should both get used. I can switch to .org if that feels more natural | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

| Posted: | | | | Maybe it's just me, but when I see an .org domain, I think of a non-profit endeavor whereas a .com domain might be one that'll try to sell me something. So, I'm more likely to respond to an .org than a .com. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges. And it's good to have both domains in the hands of someone who will respect the users and not just as a host to promote porn or spam. Funny thing was/is, I had linked to .org all along, merely the name of the link was DVDProfilerWiki.com | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan.
