I don't understand what a few of the posts mean (Wiki sites etc.). Computer lingo is a foreign language to me and I need a direct translation of that! 

The reason I asked to have the information pinned is so that I can easily access this post when I am contributing data for a foreign language DVD.

Presently I use google translation and have to enter each word in order to find out its meaning. By having this tread pinned I will be able to bring it up and have all the information readily available.

If what several people have suggested will allow me to do this - I'm all for it!
