What shall I do now? What kind of update is this, when nothing really works.... has there been no testing?
As Ken is now trying to solve, it means a few days without DVD profiler as the update to the Apple shop requires a few days, assuming that Ken can find the issue.... It's not the ideal solution, but I pulled 1.01 out of my recycle bin (where iTunes automatically moves a file after an update) and am putting it back into iTunes and will sync it back up to my iPod until there's a fix or an additional update. |

| Posted: | | | | The issue regarding visibility of newly synchronized items (via addition, update, etc) has been identified and corrected. The update has been submitted to Apple as version 1.1.1. We apologize for the inconvenience. The 1.1.0 update took less than 48 hours for approval, so hopefully they're going as fast now.
The issue was caused by a misplaced statement - it was inside a conditional block that was run during testing only. These blocks include things like logging that assist testers, and are disabled as a group for final release. We will adjust our processes to avoid a similar repeat. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. | Posted: | | | | We advise you wait for 1.1.1, or if you choose to update now, refrain from synchronizing with 1.1.0.
When you do update, just visit the App Store and tap the Updates tab. It will display there. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Same issue here. Detailed description of problem below, but basically using latest updates of App and 3.7.2: - Watched DVDs are not synced to iPad - and in one case all DVDs on iPad removed during sync
Details: I have downloaded the latest App, and the latest DVD Profiler 3.7.2 for PC. On the computer I flagged all DVDs and set them to Watched. Then I cleared the history from DVDs I had not watched. So, now I can use filter and find out which DVDs I have not watched.
I then updated the database on my iPad (from the PC). Only the DVDs with a cleared history showed up as Owned on the iPad (Wish list and Ordered was 0 on iPad while they were and 6 and 4 on the PC).
I had no idea what was going on so I uninstalled DVD Profiler on the iPad, and reinstalled it.
Then I updated the DVD database on the iPad from the PC. It took a long time to update the database (approx. 10 minutes, I have 766 DVDs). However, there are now zero DVDs on the iPad.
What happened ? How can I fix this ? The 766 DVDs are luckily still on the computer but how can I get them onto the iPad as well ? |

| Posted: | | | | Espen, read the thread. Wait for iPhone/iPad 1.1.1 that will be in Appstore in some days, that will fix the problem.

| Posted: | | | | There are still Problems with entires of prices in Euros. First of all, I have to enter a price with a "," otherwise it's just converted X.00. Entering with "." leads to "X.00". Second, after I enter a price of lets say 5,88 it's stored as 5.88. So far so good. Problem with this: If I stored this under "ordered", and then later move it to "owned", it's changed to 5.00... Easiest fix would be that both "," and "." are allowed. |
