I still think custom genres is the best solution for such a thing. +1 Lesbian/Gay/Bi-Sexual/Transgender/Heterosexual...I don't care...we are what we are. | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

Whether you happen to be gay/heterosexual, black/white, green/red...romance is romance, action is action...etc, etc. It's one of the ugliest aspects of our society...segregating us into classes, races and genders. It pits one against the other and will lead to the destruction of all. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

It would give me a way to categorize Cold Mountain as well. | | | Bad movie? You're soaking in it! |

I suppose custom genres would work as well, but I really don't see them as a separate genre. Ultimately Brokeback Mountain is a romantic drama set in the west. Therefore Drama/Romance/Western in my db. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |

Agreed! I want a good story. That's all. I don't care if it's a spy, housewife, general or gay person. If it's good, I'll watch. If it's not, I don't care. I guess that's why I really don't care all that much about genres. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |
