| Posted: | | | | Ah , now there you may have something. I also had a Sc101 and I could not even run DVDP with the data stored on the NAS over what was then a 100 MHz LAN. these days we have an LG NAS on a gigabit LAN and DVDP runs and synced OK to iOS5 under Vista and (more recently) iOS5 & iOS6 under Win7.
So latency could well be the issue. I don't think GT has told us what speed his LAN is? | | | Chris | | | Last edited: by Mole |

| Posted: | | | | Im in the same boat as GT. Everything worked fine until I updated my 4S phone. Now I cannot link to my laptop nor desk top. Both are running windows 7, and DVDP 3.8.1. DVDP and the data bases are stored on each machine. I can update my phone by using the bar code reader; however, I don't want to input everything twice. Still looking for a solution to the update interface problem.
GT: did you find a solution? did you open a ticket with invelos? | | | Last edited: by danomite33 |

Unfortunatley NO. I am now running DVDP for iOS 2.0.1 and still no luck. Time to contact invelos. |

| Posted: | | | | I merely had to THREATEN to open a support to get all the hardware and software to start playing nicely together. The system components are running fine now as they seem to have gotten their unorganized grabastic pieces of amphibian selves together long enough to bring much pleasure to their owner. Actually, I tried to dump the ap out of the phone (but never succeeded). I did notice that the ap displayed 0 titles. It still would not update directly to the PC, but it did update through the Online option. Sooooo, it still may not be a perfect solution/operation, but at least I can update the the database on my iphone to match the PC inventory. To achieve 100% functinality, perhaps I need to threaten threaten another support ticket? | | | Last edited: by danomite33 |

you see the text "Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen? Select that and you will be able to submit a support ticket. Sorry, this does not work. The "Contact Us page" has several options, but only one of these is for Technical Support - and this is for Pre-Sales Tech Support. There is no option for any other form of tech support, and no way to create a trouble ticket. |

Contact us - Technical Support: Support Question - Open a new technical support ticket. Or you can click the Support tab at the top and choose Open a new technical support ticket from there. |
