| Posted: | | | | Hi Mark, I did the following: - started profiler with your problem disabled - enabled your plugin, no problems - started your plugin, loaded without cast/crew - now, when selecting a profile i get the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". - I also get the error when clicking on contribute profile en opening an edit profile dialog box also from query results. - when I disable your plugin (after loading) the error doesn't appear The profiles actually do get contributed correctly as far as I can tell. Will be happy to mail you a backup of you like! For your information: I am using windows 8 64bits, Dutch version regards, Jeroen Quoting Mark Harrison: Quote: Quoting JeroenX:
Quote: Also got this error, even after database repair. Get this error when opening an edit dialog box from query results and after clicking on contribute profile. I can email you a backup to see what's wrong, but maybe Kulju's backup is enough.
Ok, back to this.
Does the profile actually get contributed? If not, then that will make it a lot easier while trying to reproduce the error. If they do get contributed, then I need to actually find a small problem to correct on some profile somewhere so I'm not contributing crap for testing reasons. |

So, you run a query, get some results, click on one of the results and get an error? This happens with any row you click on for any query? I'd say to go ahead and send a backup (minus the images). | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes, that's what's happening. Not only when clicking on a row from your pluging, but after loading (without cast/crew) also when clicking on a profile in profiler. Backup coming your way! regards, Jeroen Quoting Mark Harrison: Quote: Quoting JeroenX:

I'll be that if you disable DB Query, you will still get the BulkEdit error. | Posted: | | | | Thanks for the quick reply. I have also reproduced the situation. Ken might need to get involved in helping to fix this, because there should be NO WAY for plugins to interact (unless specifically designed to, or a bug - perhaps in the plugin API).
So, I'll be working with Mark to try and get a handle on this ... | | | Thanks for your support. Free Plugins available here. Advanced plugins available here. Hey, new product!!! BDPFrog. | | | Last edited: by mediadogg |

If you are, the easiest way to solve this is to email me a backup of your database (without images). Then I can see what's happening in the debugger to track the problem down. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

I found this problem and put a fix for it in place. I don't have access to my site from work, so look for version 2.2 later tonight. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. | | | Last edited: by Mark Harrison |

| Posted: | | | | Just a minor point.
All amounts get the appropriate currency, except the US Dollar amounts, which get the system currency (in my case euros). Probably makes sense to treat US Dollar amounts as any other? | | | Hans |

I'm unable to duplicate this. But I was also doing some changes today with the currency data. I guess it's possible that I've accidentally fixed it, but I suspect not. I should have a new version up in a few hours. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | I've put up version 2.0.
It should fix the problem when running with other plugins.
I've also added the ability to list tags as a column on any query.
I've also added a couple queries to list profiles where the currency type for SRP and Purchase Price don't match.
The complete details are on the website. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |
