| Posted: | | | | Some days ago the "Deutscher Filmpreis" was awarded. So I took a look into the Awards file and saw that 2006 was the last entry of this award. I could take some time and add the last years. Is the best way: adding the new content to this award and just saving the single award? |

I then can replace the XML file of this award with the new one. I will generate the award file which includes all awards (for those who prefer one file for the plugin).

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the fast answer. But I've another one: I've seen that the linking of the movie "Das weiße Band" works for "Das weiße Band" and "Das weisse Band", so Am I correct that I don't have to care which possibility I use? In general: The original title is needed for linking? Sorry for asking so much. |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting VirusPil: Quote: In general: The original title is needed for linking? If original title is available, it is used for the award search. Only if no original title is available, the title is used. Therefore the title in the awards should be the title you would enter as original title in DVD Profiler according to the contribution rules to make sure that all awards show up properly, independent of the locality of the profile. | | |

| Posted: | | | | And sorry for another Question: Does it link correct, even if I write in all-caps? Would be easier with less mistakes to copy from the site than rewritting. (On the site it's all all-caps) | | | Last edited: by VirusPil |

(On the site it's all all-caps) It would link, but I think it would be better, if the title are written with correct capitalization. It would look inconsistend otherwise, if you show the awards of a person and the movies are capitalized differently for each. What I would do in such a case: Copy into a good text editor (I use Notepad++) and a run a function to convert to mixed case (in Notepad++: TextFx->TextFx Characters->Proper Case

| Posted: | | | | Thanks, nice hint. Best way I found out is to make all complete, then open with Notepad++ and the make the change to mised case. Btw, I'll need a bit time to get through the missing years completely, but I'm working on it. In small steps. |
