Are any of these, except the 1986-born actor, actually in the database? At first glance, they don't seem to be... Keep in mind that two people with the same name merely existing doesn't qualify for the addition of a birth year - instead, they actually need to be listed with one or more valid (!) credits in our database to qualify for that. So, are there really two Ryan Kelley's in our database?

I was thrown off by all those credits that were mentioned in that post, yet not present in the database: no Ryan Kelley in 'Hawaii Five-0', not in 'The Little Rascals Save the Day', there aren't even profiles for titles like 'Stump the Schwab' or 'Did I Do Good', and so on. Once again I have to ask: are any of these other Tim Woodward's actually in the database? I see no profiles for 'The Importance of Blind Dating', not for 'The Rocky Mountain Fly Highway', not for 'Idaho, the Movie', not for 'The Golden Age', not for those various shorts, and the last one is apparently still filming. Maybe I'm missing something here, but it looks like we only have one Tim Woodward in the database, which would mean that no birth year is needed nor allowed.

Agreed. According to the IMDB all the occurences of Tim Woodward belong to the same actor born 1953.
