| Posted: | | | | Just a suggestion for feature on the iPhone version:
Include the ability to read the DVD UPC Barcodes via camera. It would make for an easy way to upload/import movies into the collection.
There are alot of barcode reader apps out there, some that already do movies. Including this feature would be an instant hit. |

| Posted: | | | | There is an app on the iPhone called "iMovies Collection" which connects to you profile and downloads your movie list. It costs £1.19 or $1.99. It does not let you add movies to your collection on the iphone but it does keep up to date with your on line list. I am only using the free lite version at the moment but am considering the upgrade. The lite version only downloads 20 from your list. HERE |

| Posted: | | | | Note it only has the online collection available, not Purchased or Wish List. Otherwise, it's a pretty decent app. If you have a *large* collection, you may have to run the import a couple times but it picks up where it left off. |

Being a system developer for solely the Windows platform, I cannot quite estimate how hard it would be to create an iPhone version, but I am confident it could be done by the talent behind the PC client.
The more mobile devices supported the better, I believe. I used to own a pocket PC device, but the move to Apple's phone has been (and still is) a very satisfying one for me. I thus hope an iPhone version of Profiler is being considered. Ofcourse it would be no issue if a vast amount of the more advanced features was missing in this mobile version - just being able to bring that collection along with me, being able to view the data and covers, would be awesome for me.
Here's hoping an iPhone version will happen. Ditto, just being able to take my collection with me is a great place to start. Cover and other info would be nice but titles are the only real essential. |

I have used this App because I dont want to input my entire collection into another program. I really like the looks and features of profiler so I am hesitant to go to something else that does have a dedicated iPhone app. One feature that I really hope Invelos includes in its app, if it ever comes to fruition, is a format field. iMovies doenst tell you if your title is on dvd or blue ray, something that I want to know. |

Titles and dates...."Which versions of The Three Musketeers do I have? Do I have the 1939? The 1948? I know I have the 1921 and the 1973....." I will be getting a iPhone in the next month and I too would pay another fee to have DVDP on it. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." | | | Last edited: by gardibolt |

| Posted: | | | | I have money waiting patiently to buy an iphone app, particularly if is possible to sort movies by runtime. As I often think about watching something and have a specific time limit to watch it in. The barcode reader function would be great too |
