Quote: I'd really wish for "Blues Brothers" to be released on Blu Ray. With True HD Sound. That would be heaven So would I and I wouldn't mind seeing Blues Brothers 2000 released also on BD. I know some people don't like the story or lack of, but to me "it's all about music." I love the first one. The second one wasn't as good but still an ok movie. I remember watching it in Las Vegas, when I was there on business. Nobody in the theatre was really that happy with that one as I remember. | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

| Posted: | | | | I just watched "End of Days". I realized that I am still missing "Eraser" in HD-Format. It would be nice if they'd released that one. With a nice True HD Soundtrack. | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

There's at least 100 more I'd go crazy for a Blu-ray release. But various horror franchises would also be amazing, and of course everything Disney Some of those have a real chance of being release some day, I would think. Especially Singin' in the Rain. Tombstone, sadly wasn't that big a success.. But hey they did release waterworld in HD so everything is possible | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

That one was great but I really think there are a lot of movie that would get released before that one.. Despite their quality.. It's just not a money magnet.. | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

That one was great but I really think there are a lot of movie that would get released before that one.. Despite their quality.. It's just not a money magnet.. If they don't release it, I hang onto my money a bit longer. However, it does have a few things in its favour: * Was released under the "Superbit" banner (and turned out stunningly), so Universal are prepared to put the work in * The Adventures of Baron Munchausen has had a Blu-Ray release, and is from a similar era, and aimed at a similar demographic. * It's had multiple releases already, and obviously still sells. * Partners well with Labyrinth, which is an even more popular title (and the two tend to get simultaneous releases). | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |

Well maybe you get lucky. If they created a decent master for the superbit edition you might have a chance. I doubt though, that they will invest any more money in the release of that movie | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |

I do think that most of those titles will receive a BD treatment in the near future. I am not so sure about Koyaanisaqatsi and Karaka.. | | | Check out my Youtube channel under https://www.youtube.com/user/alittleolder |
