| Posted: | | | | How can I have over 500 unwatched DVDs? Well, I guess I suffer from "OOP-itis" contracted during the good (?) old Laserdisc days, when a title could go OOP faster than you could say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! And you'd kick yourself asking "Why didn't I buy it when I had the chance?"
Of course, the difference was that the number of titles released was just a fraction of what is released on DVD. More like how many BD titles are released today. So you could buy all those titles that really interested you. Unfortunately some of them cost up to $100...
So even today I have a hard time passing up anything that looks interesting, even though the number of unwatched titles just grow and grow (and available shelf space get less and less...) | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

You are not the only one! I currently have about 800 unwatched titles! I try to limit myself to titles that I can pick up at Frys or other local stores. I know that all the stuff in my wishlist could be ordered on the net, but then I would be broke! pdf | | | Paul Francis San Juan Capistrano, CA, USA |

62 - TV Show Releases 75 - Movies Total - 137 Some of the kids DVD I haven't watched, so they don't count. (If it says "Barbie", I ain't watching it.) I actually keep a spreadsheet with how much time I need to spend to get caught up. It stands at about 90 hours right now, helped along by 5 seasons of Get Smart. Luckily, I have two 12 hour train rides coming up. So that should kill some of it. Rink | | | Kittens give Morbo gas. |

But yet, I'm always finding great deals! I never buy full price, but when one comes up on my to buy list at a good deal, I'll grab it and it gets added to the pile.
Plus sometimes, rather than watching something new, I feel like watching an old favorite, so I have some that I've watched several times while others just sit until I'm in the right mood to watch them. Wow! That's just like me. I have close to 2,000 DVDs but I probably have 25% of them unwatched, if not more. Once I have my DVDs organized, I'll be able to give a more accurate number. | | | "When it comes to living, dying is the easy part." -Carnivale |
