| Posted: | | | | It still doesnt work for me. You´re not planning on making it possible for the iphone to sync with the usb-connection? |

| Posted: | | | | On my Ipad I'm using Version 1.01 and on PC Version 3.7.1 Build 1436. When syncronizing from Ipad to PC only 60% of my collection is synced.
Now I'll update my Ipad(IOS 4.2.1) to Version 1.1.1, try again and report the results. |

| Posted: | | | | You should update the desktop also to 3.7.2 1444, I believe there is a fix for syncing large colections in there. | | | Tom

| Posted: | | | | Well, updated both, connection established, but no changes were sent. IPad is shown under connected clients with status view/change.
Don't know what to do to fix it. |

| Posted: | | | | Try creating a new database on the iPad and synching to that new blank one.
Also you can submit a technical support ticket if that doesn't work. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Thank you for your fast help. That works fine, but it's the wrong direction. The main collection is on the ipad. |

| Posted: | | | | Ok, next step: it's possible to update the new created collection. Changes made in this collection can be syncronized to the PC. So how can I sync the two collections on my Ipad? |

| Posted: | | | | Quoting Greverif: Quote: I have updated, but still cant connect. When i do the test with the setting "Any computer on the internet" it doesnt work either, so i´m guessing it´s a problem with my router. I have a D-link 655. Anybody knows wich settings to use? Are trying to actually connect or just using the Test? The app works fine for me, but the Test in DVD Profiler always says that it fails. I don't know why, but the Test is stupid and wrong and the app itself works great and connects with no problem. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |

| Posted: | | | | Hi there, I can't sync DVD Profiler for IPhone with DVD Profiler on my Windows Vista (SP2, last patch). I turn off the firewall and when I launch "netstat -a" I can see the listening port for DVD Profiler (3.7.2.1444). Sharing is enable, with no password, for any computer. On my IPhone (DVD Profiler 1.1.1), when I launch the connection to the windows... it stuck. The PC can see the Iphone ("arp -a" show the mac adress and the IP adress of the IPhone). Maybe there is an error log or a trace from DVD profiler on the PC or on the Iphone ? Regards |

| Posted: | | | | I'm assuming, you followed the instructions in the app. Usually the problem is either a firewall or the router settings. Make sure, all firewalls on your PC are set to allow DVD Profiler. Sometimes it helps to delete an entry in the Windows firewall, restart DVD Profiler and then accept incoming connections when prompted by the firewall. Also, check this post. |

| Posted: | | | | Sure,
I turn off the firewall, so there is no problem with this stuff. Maybe it's a problem with my internet provider's box (freebox v5)...
I'm trying something: just connect the PC and the Iphone (Wifi point-to-point)... I'll tell you about the result...
