Tha k you for your reply.  I have been working with 2 forums here and neglected to post in this one that I finally had success syncing to my PC.  I disabled ESET my protection app on my PC then tried & it finally worked.  So, I added DVD Profiler as an accepted app & it worked.

I still prefer to sync online however and am still unable to.  Can you sync online?  I realize that is not your preference, but does it work for you?

Great info.  Glad it worked so easily for you.
Someone stated that logging in online the password can get scrambled but the Test & Save option always logs in just quick but you are requested again when the trying toupdate& that is where it AL WAYS fails.

I also have the Samsung keyboard for my tab and that doesn't work either  I also had predictive text turned off...prior recommendation.

Sync online works fantastically with my Note 3 but the Tab S doesn't for me...been trying since very early July.

(Sigh)
