| Posted: | | | | Koyaanisqatsi was released on DVD in 2002 by MGM, so I think (hope!) it has a shot at Blu-ray someday. After doing some searching, I found a site that claims Baraka is due on on Blu-ray this October! Edited to add: I just pre-ordered it from Amazon! | | | ob | | | Last edited: by ottobud |

Singin' in the Rain Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Handful of Christmas movies
There's at least 100 more I'd go crazy for a Blu-ray release. But various horror franchises would also be amazing, and of course everything Disney This is more in line of what I'd be looking for, to have high-quality discs of the great classics. I know this goes against the slam/bang show-of-your-system approach of the studios right now, although it is encouraging to hear Gone with Wind and The Wizard of Oz has been promised. So adding a few more along this line: Citizen KaneWest Side StoryAround the World in 80 Days (1956) The Great RaceOklahoma!Ben HurGreaseDamesFootlight Parade |

They are also reporting (http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=2039) that WB is also planning on releasing the LOTR trilogy, along with Gone With the Wind and Wizard of Oz sometime next year. | | | We're on a mission from God.
