| Posted: | | | | Ken,
I have a question: is the disc info and the location info display on the iOS application? I use this fields to indicate in which bookcase and on which shelf the dvd is stored and it will be great for me to have this info in the mobile application. | | | Regards Cyrille |

1) Can you mark a movie watched from the app? 2) Is the movie picker included? I never use it myself. But it would be really cool to hand my phone to a guest and let them pick. 3) Since lots of people are already talking about checking the app store, what should we be searching for? DVD Profiler for iOS? 4) You mentioned tags didn't make this round. What other features are missing that will be coming later? 5) Any features not coming at all ever?
Get those last two out of the way now and you'll have much less disappointment from us when it's released. 1) Yes, see the list above for all the possible edits. 2) Not exactly, due to resource restrictions, but between the filters system and the browse interface, most of the functionality is covered. And in future updates.... 3) Yes, "DVD Profiler for iOS" is the name. We'll post here when it's ready for download. 4) Lots of potentials, but we're keeping the rest close to the vest for now. Plus we're anxious to see the ideas you all have after playing with it. 5) As mentioned previously, full profile edit is likely to remain exclusive to the desktop app. Other than that, let us know what you want after you have it in hand. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. As listed above, the location can also be edited in-app. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

After scanning a UPC with Pic2Shop it just shows a list of online retailers and then the only actions available are: Share, Delete, Email this, Ask on Twitter, and Ask on Facebook. Does DVD Profiler for iOS somehow import this info from the Scanned Items list in Pic2Shop? If so, how then does it populate the fields in DVD Profiler? I have Pic2Shop installed on my iPod Touch 4G and it works great…I’m just curious as to how DVD Profiler interfaces with it to add titles to the database. You select the button or menu in DVD Profiler, it displays Pic2Shop's scan interface, the UPC is scanned and entered into DVD Profiler automatically. On a multitasking device, it's pretty instant. It works without a multitasking device but takes an extra second or two. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Hi Ken, Sorry to bug you with yet another question. Please also forgive me if you have already answered this one. Can you edit all the information in a movies profile ie Aspect Ratio, Sound Format, Studio Etc and does this then sync back to the desktop version. Would appreciate an answer when you can and cannot wait to get this App. There is no other program out there like DVD Profiler, and I have no doubt that the iOS App will be just as sucessful. Cannot wait to get my hands on this Did I already say this Kindest Regards Adrian | | | Last edited: by Adrian Wright |

Reason for asking, is that sometimes you may see something that is not correct on the iOS app and it would be great to make the change there and send this back to the desktop version. Not complaining though, keep up the good work. |

| Posted: | | | | Ken, I have to hand it to you: the screenshots look very promising and the feature list makes me drool. I'm warming up my iPad and iPhone already. It looks like your app will blow competitors right out of the water already as with this release and I think things will only get better as you release newer versions of the app.
Looking forward to giving it a spin! | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

Does it support seemless synching between all my devices? I have both an iPhone 3GS and an iPad. Will it save the changes across both devices and my main PC database if I make change in one device? | | | My Home Theater |
