Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Dokumentar Digital Copy My Thoughts: Ok, so i wanted to check this one out, for a few reasons. One of the reasons was that i wanted to see how Harry Potter did outside the Harry Potter movies. And i think he did an ok job (in this movie anyways) and the second reason was that i enjoyed the trailer of the movie. And for the movie itself, its an ok 'horror' movie with a few good spots. A interesting story too, that had me interested trough out it. An ok ending aswell (IMO) but a movie that was a bit too slow for my taste, to get that real "WOW" feeling. And a movie with not enough 'scare' moments either to make it a very good horror movie. But an ok movie, with a few good spots and interesting story and an ok ending. And with a good sound quality too! A movie that i would say 'check out it, if you get it cheap' Thats what i think anyways! My Rating: 3/6 |

MacNeil as Officer Daniel Korby Dash Mihok as Sergeant Jack Paterson Kevin Hare as Robert Condon Kathleen Robertson as Carol Van Ronkel Plot:Based on the true story of Hollywood's most notorious unsolved mystery, Hollywoodland is a tale of glamour, scandal, and corruption in 1950s Los Angeles. When George Reeves (Ben Affleck), star of TV's Adventures of Superman, is found dead in his home, millions of fans are shocked by the circumstances of his death. The police and the studio bosses want the case closed as a suicide, but rumors linger. Louis Simo (Adrien Brody), a private investigator, picks up the trail and begins to piece together the actor's last, tension-filled days. Who pulled the trigger? Was it the seductive yet scheming fiancée, the spurned lover (Diane Lane), the enraged husband (Bob Hoskins), or was it Reeves himself? Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes My Thoughts: In honor of George Reeves' birthday today (Jan. 5th)... I thought that I would check this movie out. I been wanting to see it for quite a while now. Over-all I enjoyed this one. But it wasn't quite as good as I was expecting. It could be because I went into this one with somewhat high expectations. But I found it to run a little slow for my taste, and they made use of flashbacks... which is right for the story they were telling... but I personally always preferred a straight story without flashbacks. Devastated, Birdee and her young daughter head home to the small town she left behind. Extras:Scene Access Feature Trailers Closed Captioned My Thoughts: Most here already know I am a big fan of Sandra Bullock so I been looking forward to watching this one since a friend gave me this one last month. This is another one I found that I liked... but it wasn't as good as I was hoping. I seem to be cursed with that this weekend. This film has it's fun moments... but at the same time I did struggle a little to keep my attention focused on the film. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

Video: Full Frame 1.33:1 Audio: Engelsk: DTS-HD Master Audio: Mono, Fransk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Tysk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Italiensk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Spansk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Spansk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Portugisisk: Dolby Digital: Mono, Kommentar: Dolby Digital: Mono Subtitles: Engelsk, Fransk, Italiensk, Portugisisk, Spansk, Tysk Stars:Farley Granger Ruth Roman Robert Walker (1918) Leo G. Carroll Patricia Hitchcock Laura Elliott Plot:Before anyone thought of "throwing Momma from the train," the idea of a double "crisscross" murder had already been hatched. Or "hitched," as in Alfred Hitchcock's Strangers on a Train. Tennis star Guy Haines (Farley Granger) half-jokingly muses about killing his wife with a stranger he meets on a train, unhinged playboy Bruno Anthony (Robert Walker), who'd prefer his father be deceased. In theory, each could murder the other's victim. Crisscross. No motive. No clues. No problem...except: Bruno takes the idea seriously, with deadly consequences. Whether you're a fan of Hitchcock's or just brilliant filmmaking, this diabolical tale of twisting suspense and macabre humor, costarring Ruth Roman and Hitchcock stalwarts Leo G. Carroll and the director's daughter, Patricia Hitchcock, is your ideal carnival ride. Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Dokumentar Final Release and Preview Versions My Thoughts: So, this is a movie i've wanted to see\get for a very long time. And a got it for Christmas! (Thank you very much!) I've never seen it before but heard just great stuff about it. So now i finally got around to watch it. And before i write what i think about it i got a quastion for you guys that have seen it. Was that Alfred Hitchcock in the beginning of the movie?! Or was it just someone that looked like him? So to the movie, it started of as i expected. But just about there it stopped. It was a bit different movie then i expected it to be. But a good movie, with a great storyline that had me in my chair all movie long. A movie with some great lead actors in it aswell. And i like what they did with the story too, and how they kept me interested trough out the movie, and not giving away the ending 10minutes in it. And i am a big fan of Hitchcock's work, and this is a new one that i really enjoyed! And not to forget, its a B&W movie wich i love aswell! Even though i dont have anything to compare it to, i really think they did a great job with both the sound and picture quality on this one. (I havent seen the dvd or anything) so i dont know how the quality there was. But again a just amazing job by Hitchcock & co. A movie that i highly recommand you guys to check out! My Rating: 5/6 |

Video: Full Frame 1.33:1 Audio: Engelsk: PCM: 2-Channel Stereo, Kommentar: PCM: 2-Channel Stereo Subtitles: Engelsk Stars:Mary Demas Michael Rooker Anne Bartoletti Dead CoupleElizabeth Kaden Ted Kaden Plot:Based on the horrifying true story of convicted bus-murderer Henry Lee Lucas (portrayed by a magnetic Michael Rooker), John McNaughton's HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER is one of the most remarkable films in the serial killer genre. Impressively building to a disquieting and horrific climax, the film provides a sobering and nightmarish glimpse into a deranged and damaged mind. A bona-fide cult classic, it is a startling, morally complex and uncompromising work of genuine daring and vision. Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Slettede scener Dokumentar Interviews Outtakes/Bloopers My Thoughts: So, after people said great things about this one, and i had it in my unwatched pile for awhile. I finally got around to watch it. I didnt know what to expect really. This horror movie was a bit different than i thought it would be. But a good horror movie with a sick and twisted story with a good performance by the lead actor as 'Henry' and wow, what a sick and twisted man Henry is. Its a good mix in the movie between the sick horror and the suspence. And what they have done with the music too in the movie, its just perfect with the scenes and the mood and stuff in the movie. And there was some really nasty scenes aswell. There was two scenes that made feel just empty inside afterwards. This movie is a good horror movie, but not for the easly offended ones. If you got a strong heart and like a good horror movie, i really recommand this one! But IF NOT. Dont watch it please! My Rating: 6/6 |

Extras:Scenevalg Feature Trailers Interviews My Thoughts: So, i dont know what to say really about this movie. This was a movie that was REALLY hyped up here in Norway, and a movie that i had real expactations for! (Not good, i know) A Norwegian movie with some of the biggest Norwegian names in it. A movie with a very strong story about three different lifes and their last 90 minutes of their lifes. (there of the name. 90 Minutter = 90 Minutes) But, the movie (for me) really never took off. It was a bit too slow for me, and even though the story was strong, and the acting was good. It never gave me that "wow" feeling. So i dont know really if this is something i would watch again. (maby) For you scandies out there, check it out if you find it for a cheap penny. Just have to say, real great acting! That put the movie a bit up for me. My Rating: 3/6 | | | Last edited: by Piffi |

Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Bonus Trailers Dokumentar BD-Live Digital Copy My Thoughts: So i just watched this movie with two friends of mine. I've heard alot of great things about it. And its based on a true story (wich is always a plus in my book) So for the movie itself i have to say that the story was a bit different story, but a very good story. (I dont where and when all this happend) And i liked what they did it all. A movie mixed with both suspence and action from finish to end. Both Mr.Denzel Washington and Chris Pine did a great job in this movie. A good action\suspence movie i truly enjoyed from start to finish. And i just have to say 'wow' what a great sound quality they have in this movie. Just amazing! A real good movie that gets your bloodpump running! A movie that i would recommand everyone to check out! Real good action\suspence flick IMO! My Rating: 5/6 |

Video: Widescreen 2.40:1 Audio: Engelsk: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Engelsk: DTS-HD Master Audio: 5.1 Subtitles: Dansk, Finsk, Norsk, Svensk Stars:Morgan Freeman (1937) Christian Slater Randy Quaid Minnie Driver Edward Asner Michael Goorjian Plot:Set during a massive flood started by a dam accident in a small town, Tom (Christian Slater) is an armored truck guard who gets robbed by Jim ('Morgan Freeman' ). Tom gets away with all the money and hides it. In a panic, he tells the sheriff about the area he hid the money in and the sheriff locks him up. Now Tom has to get to the money and keep himself alive battling the sheriff, Jim and his crew and the elements. Extras:Bonus Trailers My Thoughts: This was a blind buy actually, when they had a huge sale on one of the local video stores here. And since i got it for a real cheap penny and i am a fan of Morgan Freeman's work, why not? So for the movie itself. I didnt know what to expect ofc, (havent seen the trailer or anything) so i went in it with zero expactions. And i think that was a good idea. Its a movie that impressed me in alot of ways. I liked the story with a twist. The story was interesting and well played by the crew. And what they have done with the special efects in this movie was great aswell! (I dont know if they have used alot of money on it, or what) But i really liked the special efects in this movie. Even though the movie had me in the seat trough out the movie, there was a few things i didnt like with the movie aswell. Some of the acting wasnt good enough for me. And some of the spots just seemed a bit too rushed aswell. And i think they could have done a bit more with the ending in the movie too. So all in all a good movie that i would recommand you to watch. A bit different movie tho, but still a good one. My Rating: 4/6 |

Video: Widescreen 2.35:1 Audio: Engelsk: DTS-HD Master Audio: 5.1 Subtitles: Engelsk Stars:John Cusack Luke Evans Alice Eve Brendan Gleeson Kevin McNally (1956) Oliver Jackson-Cohen Plot:John Cusack (2012) is infamous author Edgar Allen Poe in this stylish, gothic thriller from the director of V for Vendetta. When a madman commits horrific murders inspired by Poe's darkest works, a young Baltimore detective (Luke Evans, Clash of the Titans) joins forces with the writer in a quest to get inside the killer's mind in order to stop him from making every one of Poe's brutal stories a blood chilling reality. A deadly game of cat and mouse ensues, which escalates when Poe’s love, (Alice Eve, She's Out of My League) becomes the next target. Brendan Gleeson (In Bruges) co-stars. Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Slettede scener My Thoughts: Well, to be honest i didnt know much about Edgar Allan Poe, before i heard about him in an episode of 'Castle' And after that i've read alot about him etc. So when i found out that they was making this movie, and after seeing the trailer i just had to get it. And again (!) i had too big expactions for the movie i think. It says its a horror\suspence. Well, more suspence (IMO) than horror. And interesting (but not too original) story. I liked what they did with the story actually, and i liked who they made the killer\badguy in the end. Nice twist. And the filming\editing was ok too in this one. But the movie want a bit too slow for me, from the beginning and waay over half trough it, nothing much happend really. Its kinda stood still really. And after that, it wasnt much happening really. But the movie saved itself with a good story, and some good acting by some. All in all, an ok movie. That you could check out if you find it cheap. Not the best i've seen. But not the worst i've seen either. And totally ok movie. My Rating: 3/6 |

And a few that didnt deserve it (IMO) since its supposed to the greatest superstars from the 21th century. And there was a few names that i think they forgot. But again thats me. Other than that, it was an ok documentar for wrestlingfans, and with some good matches aswell. A movie that you should check out IMO if you are a wrestling fan! My Rating: 4.5/6 |

Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Slettede scener Dokumentar Interviews U-Control; PiP. My Thoughts: Ah, what a movie. And even better in HD! But over to the movie itself. Its a true gangster movie about the illegal mobster life in Las Vegas, and how the 'mob' run everything. The movie is a classic, with a great story. And (for me) i think both Pesci and De Niro is pure class! Just perfect IMO. I specially love Joe Pesci's character in this one. Just gold! A long movie, that lasts for about 3 hours. But when you watch it, you wouldnt think so. The time just fly's by, its that good (to me anyways) and some good lines aswell in the movie. And there is a scene on about the 50minutes mark, between Pesci and De Niro, when they are talking on the phone. (you guys that have seen it, know what im talking about) i can watch that scene over and over again! This movie is of course highly recommanded for you guys to check out! A great story, and a great telling. The Godfather movies is maby the best 'mafia' movie(s) i've ever seen. (If there are any better, please let me know) I just love this one, from start to finish. And Robert De Niro and Al Pacino as Vito and Michael Corleone. What an performance by them! I understand why De Niro won an Oscar for his part. Even though its a fairly long movie lasting over 3 hours, it might just be one of the best movies ever made! This is of course a classic, wich i have to highly recommand to you guys out there! Nothing much else to say about it really. Masterpiece My Rating: 6/6 |

A movie that i've been interested in for a long time, but never got around to watch it. The Bonnie And Clyde story have always had my interest. And i guess everyone have heard about those two. So now i finally got to check out some of it anyways. The movie was a bit different than i thought it would be. But i really liked the story, and how the two lead pulled that off. I didnt even know that they had othe people with them, under the robberies and murders. I only thought it was them two. A fast movie actually, with a high pace trough out the thing. A few good scenes and lines here and there. A movie that i enjoyed actually, and a movie that i would watch again. But there is a few things that i thought they could have done a bit better. 1, the sound was crap on this blu. 2, the ending came as a suprise on me. Didnt like that ending at all. 3, the movie seemed a bit rushed in some places. 4, some of the supporting actors could done a better job IMO. But still a great action movie that i would recommand for you guys that like a older movie. My Rating: 5/6 |
