Video: Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: DTS-HD Master Audio: 5.1, English: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Dutch: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Italian: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Spanish: Dolby Digital: Mono, Portuguese: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Czech: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Thai: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, Commentary: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo Subtitles: Catalonian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, German, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Commentary Stars:Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger Lisa Zane as Maggie Shon Greenblatt as John Lezlie Deane as Tracy Ricky Dean Logan as Carlos Breckin Meyer as Spencer Plot:Just when you thought it was safe to go to sleep, Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund) is back to haunt your dreams and freeze your blood! Lisa Zane (Bad Influence) is a child psychologist tormented by recurring nightmares. But not until she meets a new patient with the same horrific dreams does her quest for answers lead to a certain house on Elm Street-where an evil that defies the grave is about to be unleashed upon the world. With Yaphet Kotto (TV's Homicide, Alien) and cameos by Rosanne, Tom Arnold, Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp, this chapter in the world's most terrifying dream saga is a fantastic voyage. Extras:Scene Access Feature Trailers Featurettes My Thoughts: This one... while still a good one... probably has the most comedic elements of all the "Nightmare" movies. It tells the reason why Freddy first started going after the children... which I think they fit in rather well. Surprisingly this Blu-ray set only has the 2D version of the film. Not that it matters since being blind in 1 eye I can't watch films in 3D anyway. Not my favorite of the franchise... but not my least favorite either. Worth the time put in to watch it. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Dokumentar Storyboard Comparisons My Thoughts: I actually wanted to check this out for a while now, but decided to check it out today after reading a story about the 'Zodiac killer' in my local newspaper. I didnt know jack about the story really (only the stuff i've read) but after the movie i feel i know alot more. Its a strong movie, but again its a real good and interesting movie. I really enjoyed it and how they made it work with what they got. But i still wonder tho. Who was the Zodiac? Wont say much more really. Highly recommanded tho. My Rating: 5/6 |

Cannell (Original Characters By) Rating: Rated R : Crude and Sexual Content, Pervasive Language, Drug Material, Teen Drinking and Some Violence Length: 110 Min. Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum and Ice Cube star in this outrageously hilarious action-comedy! Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Outtakes/Bloopers Digital Copy My Thoughts: I am a big fan of the TV series 21 Jump Street... It is a show I watched every week with my family when I was a teen. And there really wasn't many shows that the family would watch together. So needles to say the series holds a special place in my heart. So going into this movie... I wasn't expecting much out of it. Matter of fact... I was expecting to hate it. Just going by past experience of other movies based on TV series. I was surprised when I found that I enjoyed this movie. Maybe it is because I had such low expectations. But one thing that definitely helped... they didn't just remake the series with the same characters... it is more like a continuation of the series. Where they are re-opening the Jump Street program. It was cool to see Holly Robinson Peete with a cameo appearance as her 21 Jump Street character... Officer Judy Hoffs. Other old Jump Street characters that made an appearance is Tom Hansen (Johnny Depp) and Doug Penhall (Peter DeLuise)... now partners at the DEA. Anyway... found it to be a fun movie. It has a few laughs in it. I can easily see myself watching it again. I am surprised to say that I definitely recommend this one. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

Extras:Scene Access Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Outtakes/Bloopers Digital Copy My Thoughts: I just finished watching this one (and all the extras). And I must say... as a huge fan of the TV Series...I loved enjoyed every minute of the film. While I think the movie can hold it's own as a good movie if you never seen the TV Series. But it is a must see/must own for any/all fans of the TV series. I can't think of many regulars of the series that didn't at least have a cameo here. But the downside to that is that most the characters has less screen time then you would want them to have. I don't think I really need to say this... but this is one that I highly recommend. Though (while what is there is great) I would have liked to seen a few more extras. Though I did love the hour long making of! My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

Extras:Scenevalg Audio Commentary Dokumentar My Thoughts: That was actually a allright and interesting movie. A little different than i expected it to be. Thought we would see more of Mr. Douglas, but i really liked what they did with the story. And there was a incredible twist i never saw coming. Almost a little shocked. A good drama\thriller if you asked me. Check it out for a cheap penny. My Rating: 4/6 |

As we were on the phone last night she was telling me about how much she enjoyed the book. Talking about parts of the book and such... putting me in the mood for the movie. While out running errands today I see the blu-ray sitting on the shelf at one of the stores. I just couldn't help myself but to pick it up! It has been years since I saw this one... so long in fact that I forgot just how much I enjoy this movie. I personally find this one more interesting then I do horrific. It gives you a view into vampirism from the vampire's point of view. A very interesting take indeed. I enjoyed every minute of it.. the 2 hours it lasted just flew by as I watched... definitely a sign of a good movie. If by any chance you never seen this one before... I highly recommend it! Will Caleb pay the ultimate price for love and eternal life – or will he find a way to defeat the evil growing inside him each night NEAR DARK? Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes My Thoughts: This is a movie that has seemed to fly in under the radar for most people. I discovered it while I was working as a manager of the local video store.... and everyone I ever suggested it to never even heard of it. But yet of the MANY people that took a chance on this movie because of my recommendation... I don't remember ever hearing bad feedback. As far as I remember everyone enjoyed it! One of the things I like about this movie is that even though while watching it there is no doubt in your mind this is a vampire movie... they never once use the word vampire in the movie... and you never once see a set of fangs. Another thing I like in this movie is the awesome bar fight scene. I have seen a few bar fight scenes in horror movies... and this is one of the best. Then you have the added bonus that one of the stars of this movie is Lance Henrikson.... a great genre actor of the time. Another thing about it is the simplicity of it all. The portrayal of the vampires... and even the cure for vampirism is so simple that it just makes sense. This is one film that if by chance you have never seen I highly recommend it. Definitely a must see for any vampire fan. If there is one thing I would change about this blu-ray release (other then give us more extras!... never enough extras!) it would have to be the cover art they used! looking at this cover art and I think films like Twilight. Like they are trying to pique the interest of teen girls in this film. As irritating as that seems... lets face it... that really is of little importance. The most important thing would be having the film itself. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

Extras:Scene Access Bonus Trailers Featurettes Digital Copy From the DC Comics Vault - 4 Bonus Cartoons My Thoughts: Let me say before my review that I can not compare this film to the comics as I never read them. Matter of fact before seeing this film released I had no idea they ever did a storyline involving a Son of Batman. As for the film standing on it's own... I must say I enjoyed it very much! It has a good, strong storyline as well as a lot of action. Not to mention it's own fair share of bloodletting. I don't know how he compares to the comics... but I must say... I really like the character of Damian (Batman's son) and hope to see more animated films (even a live-action adaptation!) with him in it. If you are a fan of the animated superhero films this one is a must see! Well worth every minute! My Rating: Out of a Possible 5

But these next-generation action heroes – Darwin, loyal team leader; Blaster, weapons expert with attitude to spare; Juarez, drop-dead gorgeous martial arts diva; and tag-along Hurley – won't be stopped. Armed with the latest in high-tech spy equipment, and with the F.B.I. on their tails, the fur flies as they race against the clock to save the world. From the producer of the Pirates Of The Caribbean trilogy and National Treasure, and filled with high-octane action, daredevil stunts, cutting-edge special effects and outrageous comedy, G-Force is fantastic fun for the whole family – especially in Blu-ray High Definition. Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Outtakes/Bloopers BD-Live My Thoughts: I felt like watching something cute and fun... so popped this one in. I didn't remember ever seeing it before... but turns out I did. This is a cute little family film. But I do believe the kids will get more enjoyment from this then the adults. Watching this entire movies I didn't get a single chuckle from it. So it isn't something I see myself watching often... but can see watching it again eventually. Maybe for a talking animal marathon or sormething like that. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5
