My Thoughts:
I just have to start of by saying that i've not been the biggest Tom Cruise fan. But as Ethan Hunt, he's done a great job. And this last movie in the franchise is another great movie in the series. Cool plot, a good Tom Cruise in form, even tho he's getting a bit older. Alot of cool spots here and there. And its always good to see a Jeremy Renner in form aswell. I actually think this movie might be the best in the series so far. Really enjoyed it!

My Thoughts:

This is the first time I am watching this sci-fi classic... but it comes highly recommended. And I must say... I did enjoy this one quite a bit. The story line kept my interest with ease and the cast did a great job. I was actually a little surprised to see Frances Bavier in this one as it is probably the only thing I have seen her do other then "The Andy Griffith Show" where she played Aunt Bea. Another film well worth the time to watch. You should check it out if you haven't done so yet.

My Thoughts:
After watching Leo at the Golden Globes last night, i was in a mood for a Leo movie. And i havent seen Blood Diamond since it first came out years ago. And wow, what a movie it is! The movie takes on a ride in Africa, and we get to see how the Diamond buisness work, when it goes in to the wrong hands. Interesting to see how corrupt some people can be. And i just have to say that Leonardo Dicaprio IMHO is doing the role of his life. Just an amazing movie trough and trough. Highly recommanded to check it out. And this bluray got alot of great extras aswell.

My Thoughts:
I was in a mood for something simple action, there i didnt have to think about anything. And this movie was perfect. It is a great action flick actually. Good cop turned bad cop, classic story, but they made it work. Alot of cool spots here and there. But the cast made it work. Take the movie for what it is and you will enjoy it quite a bit IMHO. I enjoyed it anyways.

My Thoughts:

This film I have mixed feelings for. On the one hand the visuals were gorgeous and the dogs were great. But on the other hand most of the cast could have done much better. Don't get me wrong... I found it worth the time put in to watch it. But it isn't one I will feel the need to rewatch often. It just felt like most the cast was phone it in on this one. And that did take a little away from the film.

My Thoughts:

I have been a fan of the Fantastic Four since watching the cartoon series from back in the '60s or '70s when I was a kid. Forgive me for using the obvious word here... but going by my memory of the show... I think they did a Fantastic job bringing the characters to life. I liked everyone in this movie. And that is saying something since this is the first (and so far only) thing I have seen that I actually like Julian McMahon in. But I thought he did a great job here. I think Chris Evans got The Human Torch dead on. Jessica Alba was awesome as Sue Storm (The Invisible Woman). I remember when I first heard they were doing this movie I was concerned how The Thing would look in the movie... but that impressed me as well. I think the origin story is both interesting and fun. And I loved the scene on the bridge where the team first came to be. This is one I would definitely recommend. I enjoyed every minute of it.

My Thoughts:

This is the third time I seen this movie... including watching it in the theater when it first opened. And I must say I loved it just as much on this viewing as I did previously. This is not a film if you are looking for some deep philosophical story-telling. This really is no more then a hilarious (yes I found it extremely funny!), fun, action packed sci-fi. It is a leave your brain at the door good time.... like all comic book films should be, IMHO. Rocket, the smart-ass intelligent weapon wielding raccoon stole the show! I absolutely loved that little guy! He was definitely my favorite character. Other then him I liked Groot... the living plant creature that hung around with Rocket. Though the entire group is great. An excellent fun film that I can't recommend high enough!

I found I liked this one more then I was expecting. There is definitely a few good laughs in this film... though in my opinion there is a few spots that go too far. Mostly I am not a fan of the gross out humor. Though I imagine some of these scenes would be a bit shorter in the theatrical version... as I watched the unrated version. But over-all a fun movie and now want to check out the second one.

So, my horror mood continues. I wanted to check this out again, long time since i last saw it. And from what i rememered i really enjoyed it then. And the movie didnt let me down. It starts right off the bat, and it keeps its intensety up trough out. A interesting story about a stepfather who isnt who he says he is. And we get a good cast that works well together. We have some great moments here and there, and Dylan Walsh was good as the evil stepdad. All in all, great horror movie with a great deal of suspence too. A must watch for you horrorfans out there!

My Thoughts:
Was looking forward to watch this for a time now. Seen the trailer and loved it. And the movie put us trough a great journey with a great Reese Witherspoon a bit troubled Cheryl, whos decides after alot of bad things in her life to quit her old life, and goes on the hike of her life. And alot of stuff happenes trough that hike. Lot of great things. And it was great to see Reese Witherspoon in a serious role, not as "Legaly blond" characters. I really enjoyed this movie and Reese. For me, you should check it out.

My Thoughts:

While I enjoy this one... I was expecting it to be better then it was from the trailer. It is an interesting concept. An idea I haven't seen before. But I feel the film didn't meet it's potential. For one thing I found I really didn't care about the main characters enough. I don't know if this is from the writing or from the fact that I never really cared for Justin Timberlake all that much. Over-all a decent movie. One I can see myself watching again... but not as often as some.

My Rating:
Out of a Possible 5
