Program crashes when I try to upload my mobile database online.

I used DVDProfiler on my mobile to update my collection, then went to try and upload to online, but it fails every time. I get a "Error uploading collection. Please try again later."

Is there any way to get my collection online, or from my mobile to my computer directly?

Hi!
This forum is hardly used any more. Usually the forum for your mobile's OS would be more approriate, either Android or iOS.
As or uploading direct to online, I'm not sure you can do that.
