Using the CTRL + W keys to bring up the DVD Watched Menu

I have a question for the group. When I press the CTRL +W keys, I get the DVD Watched popup box and the names of the four users I have defined is not displayed.

I noticed that the 'Filter users by ratings' option is selected so I un-selected the filter and the names of the four users were correctly displayed.
Is there some procedure to permanently disable the 'Filter users by ratings' option.

Question: Did you configure the age limits for these users correctly under Tools -> Edit users?
