Yes, it does.
I am already testing several builds of Windows 11 and on at least 2 of them, I did install and start DVD Profiler just fine.
Keep in mind though that the finished product of Windows 11 could be somewhat different.
Also, Internet Explorer 11 is, as far as I know, not part of Windows 11 anymore, so some features (like editing of "My Links") could be troublesome. That IE part I did not test as for this moment, but will sure do asap.

Edit: Indeed, while Internet Explorer is not part of Windows 11 anymore, Microsoft did add some IE components in Windows 11, which are there for backward compatibility purposes.
If you try to start iexplore.exe, the Microsoft Edge browser will be started instead.
But there is was a workaround (which Microsoft did remove in later builds) to enable IE11 once again if, for example, some parts of DVD Profiler won't work.

The "My Links" functionality appears to be working as well, but I am not sure whether IE11 is used on other portions of the DVD Profiler application and if so, if these will still work.
By the looks of it, there should be no problem.

The version of Windows 11 I did use for the tests is: Windows 11 Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.168)
Newer builds still need to be tested.

As you can see in the screenshot, DVD Profiler does work and even the "My Links" section.
This section will be invoked using Microsoft Edge WebView2 and does have the IE compatibility mode.

N.B. Based on your question, technically the application does work, as far as I could test and see.
But officially Invelos (Ken) did not release a statement that explicitly states that Windows 11 is supported, as of yet.
Unfortunately, chances are slim that there will be any further statement related to DVD Profiler (whether it is for Windows, Android, or iOS) at all.

Well now that you mention it, how about HTML Windows and HTML Notes? I think they rely on the old IE based internal web browser that plugins use also. Fingers crossed ...

I did some more reading, and then downloaded the PC Health Check, and determined that the PC I am using now has a CPU that will not allow installation of Windows 11. That means a couple of my other computers will not either, but I do have a couple of others (my wife's and an IdeaPad) that probably will.

So, I wondered just how MS was going to get away with that, and was led to a Blog statement by Microsoft that they will be supporting Windows 10 through October 14, 2025.

Just FYI, this particular PC that failed, is 5 years old, Intel® Core™ i7-4600U @ 2.10GHz

Thanks again to Hotm@iler for waking me up to get prepared.

Supposedly if you do a clean install there are no restrictions, but they left the door open to potentially not provide updates to those PCs.

Yes, Microsoft changed the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11.
But like you said earlier on, Windows 10 still will be supported up to October 14, 2025, so I don't feel the need to upgrade to 11 unless you have new and supported hardware.

I use a hypervisor to install and use Windows 11, which is one of the supported ways to install the OS without the specific need of the minimum requirements on a physical machine.
You can use Hyper-V from Microsoft (free and standard available in Windows 10 Pro and up (Enterprise, Pro, or Education to be precise)).
But I personally use VMware Workstation 16 Pro, which is IMHO a more versatile product.
VMware also has a free and somewhat more enhanced albeit paid edition, called VMware Workstation Player.

There also is Oracle VirtualBox, free as well, but I am not sure whether you can use Windows 11 without the need of the minimum hardware requirements.

I am an IT consultant, specialized in building, testing, and modifying Windows systems and applications for large corporates, that's the main reason I have these hypervisors running.
But for private reasons I am, for example, also using several VM's for legacy and testing purposes.

That way you can experiment with Windows 11, without the risks of eventual issues of not or bad running some applications on your primary machine, when using 11.

Furthermore, do you have some examples of plugins that eventually make use of the HTML Windows and HTML Notes libraries?
I can try to test them and can report back whether these would work or not.

Edit: Right now I am updating my Windows 11 with Windows 11 Insider Preview 22449.1000 and will report back if DVD Profiler still is running normally.
I am curious about the several addons/plugins and standalone tools regarding DVD Profiler, whether they will work correctly or not. So if you or anyone else does want to know about particular things, feel free to ask, so that I can try to test them asap.

Update: Yep, DVD Profiler still appears to be working normally with OS Build 22449.1000.

I'm quite curious if my trusty old Credit Lookup Plus program will still work. It specifically requires a login in Internet Explorer...

Plugin CLTBoss uses internal browser, timers and Autox.

Bulkedit uses internal browser and xml libraries.

HttpJolie uses UDP, HTTP and TCP listeners and a large number if the internal Plugin API calls.

There probably isn't much hope for LoadDVD, My Tools and Sidecar. DVDPca is already broken. Hopefully someday I get to update them, but maybe by then ....

It appears to be that quite some (Windows 11 wise, 'legacy') libraries still working, albeit not to 100% compatibility for some, but that we have to test.

I can run these plugins on my system and I don't know if you (mediadogg and marcelb7) already have checked yourself on a Windows 11 system, but please do provide me the right info about downloading, installing, configuring, and testing these plugins, so I could report back to you about the current status.

There are even more ways to fix things, without the need to update/patch the applications.
You can use, for example, so-called Shims, which can be build using the "Application Compatibility Administrator".
This tool and the Shims thereof are way more enhanced than the internal Program Compatibility Troubleshooter of Windows.

Thanks, you know I won't burden you with messing with all those plugins. Consider it an FYI. You have shared enough info about how to use a VM, which I should get up off my butt and do  , and then test the plugins. Thanks for all the great info.

I tried a possible workaround in Edge, where you can set websites to operate in IE-mode, but alas.

Have you tried WebView or WebView 2?

I can't make heads nor tails of those two pages.

I've looked a bit more into mediadogg's CLTBoss, and I can work with that.
