If you click on "my profiler" at the top there, and the "online collection" on the left, you can opt to deselect the display of the wishlist and/or ordered sections. Same with adult titles, but I personally like people to see what a pervert I am (or am not... you decide!)

Don't know if I'm wrong on that, but you shouldn't be able to upload manually created profiles for DVDs to begin with (that is, if we're thinking of the same, i. e. homemade movies, TV-recordings and such)?

For the rest, I think it's a good thing you can vote on ordered and wishlist titles.

The ordered ones are going to end up in your owned pretty soon, so you can probably have a more correct version of the profile once it shifts from your ordered to owned, because you have a voice in any changes happening.

The inclusion of wishlist titles in the voring process did come in very handy in the past, especially if there were certain individuals trying to form the online db with their own personal preferences in mind, so I don't think it hurts to be able to vote on these either, it's rather a welcome benefit

What ya_shin said. ...and those certainly fall into that category. My Manual profiles is more innocent then that, though... I have manual profiles to group Sequel/Series, regardless if there is an actual released box for the child profiles in the db. No, I don't want to use those, be course I do not own them.

That's not what this request is about, so you won't get any arguments from me on those points, what so ever    Actually (if I my rave a little), the ability we have to vote on contributions is excellent, me thinks 

If you think about it, my request, would act as a filter to what we vote on.
