I created a new profile for the Limited Edition blu-ray of "Days" (UPC 853294-007848). The profile was accepted and released, but now I can't sync it to the database. I get the following message: "Unable to download file. Continue anyway? If the problem persists, please check your Internet connection."

The problem does not seem to be my Internet connection, as I am able to download other profiles in the same batch of updates. I tried removing the profile from my database and re-downloading it, but that also didn't work. The full profile is showing up in the online collection via the website.

Any idea what's going on or how to fix it?

Sorry I can't help. I don't have this DVD but I tried to download it anyway and get the same error.

Thank you for trying. I did a full database repair and it didn't make a difference, so it doesn't seem to be a local database issue.

I had a similar experience with the German release of Underwater, it was a different error, but the profile was broken with the cover scan being corrupted.

That's been fixed by uploading new cover scans, so you may want to try resubmitting the profile (you may need to edit something) to see if that fixes it.

Yeah, so I did a little packet sniffing and the profile is broken on the server. The preview profile returns an empty template, and the full profile is returning a 404 error.

GET /AppData/DVDPro/data/85/853294007848.doi HTTP/1.1
Content-Type: text/html
Host: www.invelos.com
Accept: text/html, */*
Accept-Encoding: identity
User-Agent: Mozilla/3.0 (compatible; Indy Library)

HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Content-Type: text/html
Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.5
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET
Date: Mon, 06 Jun 2022 13:18:40 GMT
Content-Length: 1245

(The preview thumbnail is returning a 500 error, but that's misleading because that error is caused by the broken referrer URL in the empty preview template.)

For some reason, the profile is still showing on my online collection, so it exists somewhere in the system

I'll wait for guidance here, but it either needs a DB admin to fix whatever is broken, or I may need to upload a new profile.

The online DB showed an unbroken image for mine, given there's so little communication from admins I stand by my previous suggestions of resubmitting it to fix it.
