When I try to download them manually, they are nowhere to be found in the database. I need help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

Unfortunately, half the time the child goes into the parent's box set and half the time it stands alone. Not much you can do about this unless you also have the Windows version. Try looking in the parent's box set for your "missing" child profiles or turn off "nest box sets" in settings. |
