Can't upload collection from Android app

Hi everybody!!

When updating my online collection through the Android app, I keep getting a "Connection error, retry?" message. My new movies don't get added to the onlune collection.

Does anybody know what's happening?

I am having the same problem. i tried reinstalling the app, but it made no difference.

For what it's worth, iOS users have been having the same problem since the new server was installed a year ago. Don't expect a fix. Your best bet is to sync directly to the PC version. That works fine in iOS.

In DVD Profiler on your PC go to File:Synchronize with DVD Profiler Mobile and follow the directions.
Then on your mobile device go to Databases on the bottom right and then hit + on the top right and follow the directions

Thanks for replying. That's what I've been doing. Tried every option, even turned off VPN and Virus protection on my PC. Won't connect.

Check your Android app preferences and make sure it is to Local.

Also make sure your Windows PC local network is set to PRIVATE. See below on how to do this.
