| Posted: | | | | I usually store up to 20 DVDs before entering into Profiler. I then take my scanner and read in the codes. The scanner will then export the codes to a txt file.
I would like to be able to feed in all those UPCs from the text file at once. For the old profiler there was a plugin that accomplished this.
This is especially important when setting up a new user with a large library.

| Posted: | | | | Hi Skip, I am probably explaining this poorly. Consider this example: If you had 500 dvds and just got into Profiler, would you rather carry each DVD case from the theatre room to your keyboard wedge scanner where your PC is, or using a higher end scanner read every case by briefly leaning each out of its shelf, then carry the scanner holding all 500 UPCs to your PC and upload the text file into profiler that way? I don't know, maybe I am missing something that is making me work too hard ? randy |
