UPC: 013023155596 I have a sealed copy which I plan to sell and that's a bit easier, here in Denmark, if I can sell it as a region 2 DVD. /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

good dvd though I know! Only, I wanted the DTS version. I got this (the one I'm selling) from eBay, thinking that it was the DTS version. It was the DD version. Which one do you own and what region is it? /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

Queen on Fire live at the bowl is my particular Freddie favourite Commemorative? Hmm, sounds interesting. UPC? Yup, On fire is definitely special! I just love their live shows. Wembley was also great, only I have listened to it too much. I hope they will release more concerts, I know that they had MANY shows recorded. /Mikkel P.S. I would give my right arm to be able to experience them all four live (easy to say when I know it's never going to happen, but still ). I never experienced them live and I really regret it | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |

I never experienced them live and I really regret it Oh, so would I. I did get to see Brian May on one of his solo tours. Although, like all the members, he isn't as good on his own, he did do a set of Queen songs and it was fantastic to hear them arranged live with the right guitar. I know he and Roger toured with Paul Rodgers, but it's not the same. Especially not without Deacon. Look forward to the album if it ever appears though. Couple of years ago there was a documentary looking back on Live Aid. More than one contributor said Queen's set was the greatest performance of any band ever. I can't claim to be qualified to judge (I was only 9 at the time), but Freddie's performance and control of that crowd was astonishing. Especially when you think that Queen were supposedly washed up at the time and they weren't the most anticipated that day. | | | Jon "When Mister Safety Catch Is Not On, Mister Crossbow Is Not Your Friend."

Not sure that's what you meant, but there is a CD set (probably a DVD is available too) of their concert. I am sure, as I own it... Paul Rodger's voice is very different to Freddie's, so at least it doesn't sound like a cheap copy, rather like a cover version... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. I don't own it yet, but I will grab it one day. I mean the studio album. This is from www.queenpluspaulrodgers.com: Quote: So how's the Queen album going? It remains to be seen whether we can come up with wild and wonderful stuff in the studio. We're trying to achieve something that shows who we are now. And it's going very well... I didn't know about that... Probably will get it too, if it comes out. I liked the "Made in Heaven" album and always hoped they'd do another one like that. I remember reading somewhere, that Freddie had recorded lots more voice tracks that what they used so far, so that the others could add music later and still release it. Maybe I remember that wrong, though. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |

Maybe I remember that wrong, though. Not sure. I heard that when Freddie was really ill (circa Innuendo), he couldn't manage very long in the studio at any one time and so the other members prepared as much as they could so all he had to do was record something. Much of the material on Heaven are covers from their own solo albums. I imagine they had him singing tried and tested stuff, with little time for brand new. I find that entirely selfless, courageous and tragic all at the same time. | | | Jon "When Mister Safety Catch Is Not On, Mister Crossbow Is Not Your Friend."

| Posted: | | | | Wow, I just found out that this will be rereleased as part of the official Queen collection in october: http://queenonline.com/news_item.php?article=1672377It'll sure be interesting to see how the new release compares to the existing american release which is of a SUPERB quality. Only possible improvement is on the extras side. By the way, did you know that this concert was shot exactly 10 years before his death, to the date?! I just saw it yesterday by the way and as a concert I don't think it's as good as the other live releases. And that is very much because of the audience. They seem totally dull, not singing along, cheering much and even Freddie gets annoyed with them at times, it seems. The band don't seem to have that magic grip in the audience as they do in the other live releases. The performance is still great though. /Mikkel | | | DVD Profiler på Dansk |
