| Posted: | | | | This is what I have done: Clicked on Online/DVD Profiler Online, written my username and password, chosen upload, pressed next on the next page and on a second or two it says it is done. When I open the web-site it is supposed to be on there is nothing: http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Håvardv
What have I done wrong?
If this is completely wrong, can someone please make a step-for-step-guide to me? |

| Posted: | | | | I think the problem may be caused by the first 'a' in your user name. If you look at the link in the address bar it actually shows it as: H%C3%A5vardv Changing it to a normal a so the address is http://www.invelos.com/DVDCollection.aspx/Havardv does bring up a collection, but I don't know if this is your collection or somebody with a very similar user name? | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | Now i see that some of my movies are ''missing'', like Heat for instance. Anyone knows why? It is my movie-list, because I have a very ''rare'' movie in my wishlist which is there.
Edit: sorry for double posting, I wasn't thinking... | | | Last edited: by Håvardv |

| Posted: | | | | Interesting... you are posting from 2 seperate accounts. One registered (or premium as we used to call it), one not, both with different registration dates. Could have something to do with the confusion |

Could have something to do with the confusion Indeed as clicking on either name shows total posts as 5, even though on screen here the free one shows 5 and the registered 2. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

| Posted: | | | | I have done the changes in My Profiler now, but all the 18s are stille missing. Does it take some time befoe the changes work? I wouldn't think so because that would be weird. When I go in My Profiler again there isn't hatched on any of the alternatives. Maybe that could be the problem?
I knew I had two accounts, because before I had to log on several times before I got logged in, so I made another account. I try to only use the registered, but sometimes i mix them because the usernames are so simular. |

| Posted: | | | | I think I have changed it now.
But I notice that among others, 24 and Leon don't come up when you click on them. Instead it sais '' Please select your browser's Refresh option to continue viewing this collection.'' Id doesent help to refresh. Why is that? |

Id doesent help to refresh. Why is that? Are you talking about viewing your collection online? If so those titles are not rated (NR) and NR movies will not show up unless you allow "Adult" movies to be viewed. Go to "My Profiler" then "Online Collection" and then look at "Show in Public Listing". If "Adult" is not checked, NR and Adult films will not be available to be viewed online. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't think you understood the problem. I can see them in my collection, but when I click on them it sais '' Please select your browser's Refresh option to continue viewing this collection.'' When I do, nothing changes. But the weird thing is that it only happens sometimes. Not always. I don't care if it is only with me it happens, but if its like that for other as well I would like to fix it. What can I do? |

| Posted: | | | | this is a browser problem, how it handles your page visits. My browser is set to refresh the page eveytime I visit a webpage. | | | Sources for one or more of the changes and/or additions were not submitted.
