self explanatory - there are a lot of people using the tag line option on the board to post their original registered date from IVS - i think this would be a nice little tidbit to figure out how to import

It would only work if they used the exact same user name - assuming they were the same user on the old site.

Yes, but without losing registred date at invelos.

Showing the date (if any) when a user registred at IVS may prove helpfull for some of us here that may try to help a "new user" with some problem. I think it would be a "fun" addition.

I don't think so. When registring on any of these two sites, we receive a key. These keys are probably not the same, and there is the login at both sites that can probably be linked to eachother. I think Ken has all info required to be able to give us this if he so choses.

Good post and I agree it should be done.., The past few weeks I've been paying attention to the caption under the names and a few have their original registered date posted there., but upon further analyse figured out you only have 25 characters to work with. and.,, did not want to loose my tagline.
Some of our VIP's here are all registered March 13th 2007,, so for any new comer coming to the forums they would have no idea who is a long timer ( i.e. Skipnet50  or  ya_shin) who go back to the year 2000., .
My old registered date is July 26 2003., not as long as others but a date I'm proud of ..

If we had this extra ability I'm sure some of us would take advantage of this ..

[X] Who cares?

Honestly, I don't really understand why people are so hyped about this - who cares when you signed up at Intervocative?

Or is it a "mine is bigger than yours" thing?

That would have been my vote as well.  How long you've been a member has nothing to do with making your posts more important or have more "weight" then someone who's been around less time.  The content of your posts and how you treat others should determine whether people will listen to you or not.  It's just another thing like the Accepted Profile and Image Contributions in our profiles that certain members use to judge you.  It's definitely an e-penis thing.

If I recall correctly, I got a "free" key @ intervocative when I registered.
