I couldn't find this in the Guidelines, nor by searching the forum, although it seems a common problem.
How exactly should I compose the title of a profile that has 2 movies on it ? Do I separate the two titles with an ampersand, a hyphen, a slash,... ?

No specific guidelines, but all the cases of this I've seen have used / between the titles where there isn't already a link in the boxset title itself.

e.g. if the boxset was Superman 1 and Superman 2 I would use the 'and', if it was

Superman 1
Superman 2

I'd go with Superman 1/Superman 2

I thought that was only with single words, such as and/or and he/she, where the / means 'or'. When phrases are used instead of single words there tend to be spaces around the slash ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slash_(punctuation)#English_language )

Here / is being used in the sense of 'and' instead of the ampersand ( & ) that normal English would use.
Ampersands would be a bad idea for film titles since there are titles with ampersands but hardly any with a slash.

IMO, this all falls into the realm of personal preference. Either way is correct and a contribution which solely adds a space before & after the forward slash adds nothing of significant value to the database.
