Add by Title -> Region 2, Locality: Germany, Media: HD DVD, include no region
I think the latter is your problem, Smokin's Aces is set to Region 2, while all others are Any Region.
Therefore: make sure to select the tick box "Include no region" | | | Achim [諾亞信； Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan.
