1. What's your oldest movie and which year was it produced?
That would be "Nosferatu" from 1922. Followed by "Murder" from 1931 and "The Man Who Knew Too Much" from 1934.

2. What are your three most common production years?
2001, 1999, 2000 <-- This probably has more to do with when I was the most addicted to buying DVDs (a huge chunk from those years were blind buys) than to do with what production years are my favourite. Although 1999 was one hell of a year.

3. How many different countries of origin do you have?

4. What are your top three genres?
Drama wins by a hair, followed by Action and then Comedy.

5. What are your top three studios?
Warner Bros., followed closely by Universal and then Paramount.

6. What are your most common ratings?
R, which accounts for about 50% of my collection. Followed by PG-13 and NR.

7. Who are your top three actors?
Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, Gene Hackman

8. Who are your top three directors?
I've got a three-way tie for the top: Joel Schumacher, Kjell Sundvall and Steven Spielberg

9. Who are your top three screenwriters?
I've got Ian Fleming in the top, but only because he gets an "Original Material By" credit for all the Bond movies. Not counting Fleming, my top three are: Richard Maibaum, Sylvester Stallone and William Goldman. Maibaum is also connected with the Bond series of movies, as the most prolific screenwriter of that franchise.

10. Who are your top three producers?
Bob and Harvey Weinstein are tied for the top. Followed by Arnon Milchan and then Steven Spielberg.

11. Who are your top three composers?
Jerry Goldsmith, James Newton Howard, John

12. What is, in your estimation, your most obscure movie?
This is a tricky question as it depends a lot on whose point of view you're considering. I've got some European movies which are very well-known in their native countries, but which very few North Americans would've ever heard of. Are these obscure? I don't think I'll count them as such. In which case I think it's a toss up between Kardia or
Seksmisja.

I don't put TV shows in my db, but since there's a Television genre specified I imagine most TV show DVDs have that set as one of their genres?

If that is the case, you can filter your selection to not include that genre and then run the plugin.
