It does seem odd that it seems to have been released under two UPC codes as searches on both numbers bring up numerous results on the internet.
What you could do is download the one with the differing UPC then change it to match yours. Then once you've checked that all the details are the same, you could submit it under the new number so both are available in the online database. I would change the back cover scan too, so the barcode matches the new UPC.
