While doing some editing in Crew, I received an error message that disappeared to quickly to make detailed notes, but which referred to a faulty index.
Since then the Crew+ section has disappeared.
I tried a full repair of the database, but that did not help.

Any suggestions on how to restore? Does the Credits Plus feature use any index other than the standard DVDP indexes?
