| Posted: | | | | I'm not a programmer so the report editor of this system isn't at all clear. I'm looking for a way to see a list of only DVDs I've loaned out. The two free reports for loans give you the whole collection and you have to look through the whole thing to find the ones on loan. What I'd like is a simple list of titles on loan and who's got it.
Seems simple enough an idea to me - but I'm afraid I'm clueless about how to make that happen. Any easy instructions for a non-programmer?
Thanks! |

At the bottom of the new window, click on 'Get More Reports'.
In the search field on that screen, type in 'Loan'.
You will see a list of reports for loaned DVDs. Browse through them til you find one you like, then click on 'Download'.
The next time you go into the 'Report' area of DVDP, the new report will be in your list of 'Installed Reports'. Simply highlight it and click on 'Run Report'.
Good luck. | | | Hal | | | Last edited: by hal9g |

| Posted: | | | | It's really quite easy, I'm computer illiterate and even I can do it! Open your DVDP and right click on the picture of the DVD with the envelope on it. That symbol is located in the "General Info", next to the cover scan and directly under the movie rating. Once you click that symbol a "loan to" comes up and you fill in the rest. Good luck! |

| Posted: | | | | If you only want the report to include titles out on loan then use Filters to show only those out on loan. Then in the Collection menu select Flags --> Flag All Filtered. Then when you run your report, make sure you select Flagged Entries Only. | | | Last edited: by northbloke |
