| Posted: | | | | I had read about a lot of DVDSpot members being not-so-fond of Profiler, but with Spot gone and DVDAF being absolutely horrendous, Profiler is about the best alternative left. I downloaded it, took a quick glance around at it and went ahead and paid the $30. I am very pleased with Profiler. I've been slowly migrating my collection into my Movie Collector database from www.collectorz.com, and the look and feel of Profiler are pretty similar to Movie Collector. Both have their advantages and disadvantages over each other, so I will continue to put my collection in both programs. One of the major features that got me to look at Profiler is that I can still have my collection online to share. So, I'm glad to be here and I'm proud to be a Profiler. |

| Posted: | | | | I looked at the plugin, but I'm already 585 into my Profiler db right now and I'm building it and my Movie Collector at the same time so I can check some of the smaller details together. I also have quite a few oddballs that I've hit already and more to come I'm sure that aren't yet in the Profiler database. | | | Last edited: by 1badgmc |

I see you are already down the road a bit, but just in case, I'll mention that BulkEdit also imports CollectorZ - just in case that might help you later on (and selfishly, it would give me another person testing it for bugs ) Good luck ... | | | Thanks for your support. | Posted: | | | | For you DVD Spot people missing your statistics, I'd invite you to check out the Database Query plugin (see my signature) once you've settled in and become comfortable with the program. I think you'll find it provides you with everything DVD Spot did and a whole lot more. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. I was about to say that I wished it counted by Region Code but, alas, I delved further and there it was! Kudos |
