| Posted: | | | | Hi. I have a question and I hope someone here have an answer. In my Online Collection the child profiles are at the buttom of the page without numbers. How do I get the Online Collection not to show the child profiles and only the box sets? Is there somewhere in the DVDProfiler program, where you can decide which titles should be on the online page? Sorry for my poor english. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes there is: phpmyprofiler! Sadly it won't help you with the Invelos online collection. You'd need a PHP capable homepage. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Well, there is a workaround, but it's far from ideal: Change the rating or genre for the child profiles to "Adult" (or whatever it is called in your locality) and they won't show up online. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? | Posted: | | | | The adult-trick only works if all your movies are form the last few decades after hollywood decided that all movies should be rated to fit the mind of 11-year-olds. If you have some classics from the 80s, or older, you may acctually have movies that are rated Adult of R without being porn. The result is that these movies will not show. I almost orderd doubbled on a couple om my HDDVD after implementing this trick. Considering that avoid ordering movies I already have is my main rason for the online list, I quickly reverted back to showing child-profiles.
However, I have addresed this several times the last (almost) year, and hope we get a solution in the not-too-far-future.
I would very much like to be able to select what profiles to upload, preferably based on tags or something like that so that it also would be easier to seperate the collection into more than one online list. |
