That means no one has added the DVD yet.

In the Add DVD dialog, uncheck "Download Profile from Invelos." This will allow you to add the DVD to your local collection.  You can then add the details to the profile.

Later, if you want to and if your profile follows the rules, you can contribute it to the database.

If you don't have a scanner or someone to scan them for you, you could try Google.

EDIT:  What comes up on Google doesn't look too promising, but better than nothing.

EDIT:  Try adding by title first as suggested in the other thread.

Your scanner should work right in the DVDProfiler software.  Open the profile, click on Cover Scans on the left.  You should have the Front Image tab open.  Click the Scanner button or pull down the menu File_Scan.
