| Posted: | | | | Ok, After having problems with DVD Profiler hanging and quitting on my iPhone after entering 855 movies I decided to start fresh and give it another try using a different method. So I started entering my DVD Movies Library from scratch on my PC Desktop and successfully entered about 492 Movies with no glitch. I deleted the previously installed DVD Profiler application on my iPhone and re-downloaded a fresh copy from the app store and synchronized with no problem. The 2nd day I entered about 35 DVDs on my iPhone and synced with my PC., It worked like a charm. Then I entered another batch of about 43 DVDs on my iPhone and syncing was successful again. Today I proudly did the same think, Just like "Ground Hog Day" but sadly it connected but the iPhone failed to send changes to the PC. I tried many different times to sync but again the sync will stop with a message "Unable to send changes". Please educate me and tell me what to do next! | | | Last edited: by allegro1001 |

| Posted: | | | | Things to try: - Close both the app (remove from multitask bar) and the desktop program. Open them again and try to sync. - Run a database repair. - Check that IP and port shown on the desktop and in iOS still match. (It's unlikely that they don't match if you can connect, but it can't hurt to check.) |
