I have some issue with the synchronization of my covers on my iPhone and iPad. I have the latest version of the Desktop and iOS application. I don't have any error message during the synchronization but at the end I have the popup saying the update is complete but all my covers aren't in the iOS apps. I don't have any profile with only a back cover and not a front so I don't know what is wrong.
I have already done some database repair but it doesn't solve the issue. I have already tried to create a new db on my iPhone/iPad and it doesn't solve the issue. I have also recreated a new DB on my Desktop version and restored my backup but I still have covers missing on my iPhone/iPad.
Are there some people with the same kind of issues than me?

I think maybe I didn't explained correctly. I have around 1800 profiles and I have covers for the majority of my profiles but for some profiles the covers aren't synchronized (I haven't count but for I think I have the issue for around 100 profiles). | | | Regards Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried changing the size of the images ? That forces a complete sync of all images. If that solves the problem you can then change back to your preferred size. |

What I did is to update all my covers from the online database (so it has erased my own covers I scanned myself) and redo a synchro and now I have all my covers (or almost because I didn't do a comparaison between my iOS app and the Desktop for all the profile). So I don't know why some covers I scanned myself aren't synchro correctly and if I use the cover from the online database it's OK. I suppose I'm not the only one that don't use the online cover but use it's own covers. | | | Regards Cyrille |
