| Posted: | | | | O.K. Have had this now for two weeks and been slowly adding my collection to, but it seems that 40% of the time I try to launch the program it simply crashes, goes back to being an icon. I have done all the updates, but still find this program to be unstable. | | | Ozzie's Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | I personally find it to be very stable on both my iPad and iPhone. You may want to click on the " Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and open a support ticket. |

| Posted: | | | | My crash logs have been sent in to Mr. Cole himself. I did noticed that all of my crashes during launch seem to happen because it does not have a DVD pre-selected. If I launch the DVD Profiler app and quickly select a movie from the left hand column it won't crash. Sometimes when it launches normally a DVD is already preselected, and if it is not displaying a preselected DVD when you launch it it crashes.
I am running version 1.1.1 as well as the current build on desktop and I have done data base repair. There is also no memory issues on iPad, currently I have 23 GB open. | | | Ozzie's Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | Hi again, when I posted previously to you about free memory I was not talking about your storage memory I was talking about your active ram memory. The iPad has 256MB of ram that it uses for active programs, different programs have different ram space requirement, espicially in IOS 4.2 because of multitasking. You might try picking up a free app on iTunes which will display your memory usage, I use one called System Monitor which has a feature that will allow you to free up memory without a full reboot. | | | Tom

| Posted: | | | | Nope that is not my case at all, I hardly ever use the multitasking, and these crashes were not happening during multitasking. I am waiting for 1.1.2 to hopefully finish these crashes. What I don't understand is why it does not behave the same for everyone. | | | Ozzie's Home Theater |

Yeah that has me puzzled also, if the code is the same on all of the machines then why would there be different results, which is why I was pushing the memory thing, if it's not the software then it must be hardware, let's see what 1.1.2 brings. | | | Tom
