| Posted: | | | | I recently purchased another copy of "When Worlds Collide". I bought this copy to watch and the original copy is for viewing. They have the same upc code, but the new one I bought has the original cover. I want both copies to show up in my collection. The one that I have listed now with the original cover and the other with the newer cover. dvdProfiler will not allow me to enter another copy.
I know you can change the copies under personal information, but I do not want to do it that way. I want two separate entries so I can include the other cover art.
Thanks! |

| Posted: | | | | Hey, Thanks!
Yeah, I wasn't planning on contributing, but I want the two movies listed in the collection separately with the original cover and the newer one.
Thanks again, for your help. |

| Posted: | | | | Why wouldn't we want it contributed? It has different artwork .. in fact from BrantCaseyxy it is the original artwork. Don't we want original artwork in the system?
Just wondering DSig |

He said ... 'I recently purchased another copy of "When Worlds Collide". I bought this copy to watch and the original copy is for viewing. They have the same upc code, but the new one I bought has the original cover.'
So what do we do when there are 2 different covers available for a DVD? AND if the one in dvdProfiler isn't the original cover .. should it be changed?
I am just wondering DSig |

| Posted: | | | | It depends how do you define word "original". In DVDP we use the first release cover. Later re-release cover cannot be contributed without overwriting the first release cover. It's a technical limitation of the program. |
