| Posted: | | | | Looks like DVDPro. is deleting Slot & Location numbers when updating new DVD info. Also I have found when I add the info again I end up with 2 DVD tiles in my collection. I can not delete 1 of the 2 titles. The 1 tile that can't be delete show up in the collection but when you select the tile it shows the information from the tile or the DVD above the selected one. |

| Posted: | | | | First perform a database repair to get rid of these double entries.
The deletion of Slot and Location may happen when downloading new Disc info. Since the data is attached to the Disc-ID a change of Disc-IDs will also change the attached data. So when working with Slot and Location make sure to lock the Discinfo section of your profiles. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I use the Slot for storing the IMDB-number for years and never lost information even though they are not all locked. I would guess that those missing information are a side-effect of his defective db, thus database repair is the way to go. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |
